I had a defective charger. An internet search resulted in a supplier. I ordered a replacement which turned out to be the wrong one and kept my batteries only partially charged. Ultimately I was able to contact the main distributor, explained my complaint and quickly received the correct charger - FREE OF CHARGE despite the original warranty was long ago expired and the first replacement's warranty also was expired. NOW, THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE for the little Llama I have that has become indispensable on my small ranch.
